Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an accessible experience for everyone.
Our Commitment
Hyperlink Studios is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We are actively working toward full conformance and regularly audit our site to identify and resolve issues.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
- ARIA attributes on interactive components including navigation, dropdowns, and forms
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Skip navigation link to bypass repeated content
- Form labels programmatically associated with their inputs
- Reduced motion support via the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query - A "Pause animations" control in the site footer that stops all background animation and remembers your choice
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Decorative elements hidden from assistive technologies
Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. The site functions without JavaScript enabled, with animations gracefully degraded.
